How do I change my delivery address after ordering?

We're currently unable to cancel or modify orders once they've been placed. If your shipping address is incomplete, the parcel will likely be returned to us. Once it shows as being returned, please get in touch — we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a refund for your order.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship within 24 hours after receiving the order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with details including tracking number for your parcel. You can also track your order within the Trouble Maker 'My Account' section. Log in here.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that your beauty items didn’t arrive in perfect shape! Please take a few photos of the products and packaging (be sure to hang on to them for now), and email our Customer Service team at info@troublemakerbeauty.com so we can help make it right.

I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Sorry to hear something wasn’t quite right with your order! Please hold on to everything for now and take photos of the items you received along with all the packaging. Then get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@troublemakerbeauty.com — we’re here to help!

When will I get my refund?

If you've opted for a refund on your return, we'll issue it within 14 days of receiving the items—provided they arrive at our distribution centre in their original condition within 28 working days of delivery or your cancellation notice. Our Customer Service team will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Trouble Maker products are never tested on animals.

Where can I find ingredient information?

You can find the ingredient information on the relevant products website display page or on the back of the product packaging. Some product have a peel & read label which show the ingredients.

When will an item come back into stock?

We try our best to make sure we get your favourite products back in stock as soon as possible. If the product is coming back in stock, you will be able to add a back in stock notification. Just type in your contact information, and you will receive an email once it is restocked.

How do I use this product?

All products will have a 'How to Use' section on the website display page. If you still are struggling to use the product, send us an email info@troublemakerbeauty.com and we will get back to you ASAP!
